Plans and Specifications Development and Review

When work is authorized, it is generally a poor idea to simply ask several contractors for bids. Each contractor may choose a different scope. A properly developed set of plans and specifications is needed.

Cost Estimating

The costs in a reserve study are only opinions of probable costs. More accurate estimating may be necessary in some cases.

Bid Solicitation and Review

Keller Engineering can put together a complete bid package for contractors and help you in evaluating their bids to help ensure consistency and completeness.
